The 3-month introductory rate for 1 game or movie out at a time starts at $11.50 plus tax/month, for 2 games or movies out at a time it starts at $16.50 plus tax/month, and for the Elite 2 games or movies out at a time it starts at $21.00 plus tax/month.
For existing members, there are standard GameFly plans and Elite Plans. The standard plans include the 1-Disc Plan for $17.95 plus tax/month and the 2-Disc Plan for $25.95 plus tax/month. There are also expanded plans for eligible members such as the 3-Disc Plan for $32.95 plus tax/month and the 4-Disc Plan for $39.95 plus tax/month.
The Elite Plans offer additional benefits and include the 2-Disc Elite Plan for $32.95 plus tax/month, the 3-Disc Elite Plan for $39.95 plus tax/month, and the 4-Disc Elite Plan for $46.95 plus tax/month.

If an item does not operate as intended or is damaged during shipping, customers have 14 days from the ship date to notify Customer Service for the return process. In terms of shipping policy, GameFly offers a service where customers can rent games or movies and keep them as long as they like. There are no late fees or penalties. After signing up and adding any desired titles to the queue, GameFly ships them straight to the customer's door. There are no shipping charges to receive or send back discs. If a customer really loves one of the titles they have out, they can choose to buy it directly from their queue (when available) and keep it forever. GameFly will send the original case and any codes that it may come with. Members also receive free shipping for purchasing new and used titles. Games and movies are shipped through U.S. Postal Service first class mail.
